What you can create
Local Pages
Keep notes, links, checklists, reminders, and quick reference material in your browser. Local pages do not require an account and stay on the device unless you choose to sync, share, collaborate, or publish.
Cloud Pages
Save pages to your account so you can retrieve them from another browser or device. Cloud pages are designed for convenience while still keeping your page list tied to your login.
Collab Pages
Work with others on shared notes, travel plans, schedules, research, projects, and checklists. Collab pages are useful when a page should be updated by more than one person.
Public Pages
Publish useful pages for anyone to view, such as guides, resource lists, cheat sheets, templates, public notes, and project references.
Helpful tools built in
VacaNotes includes tools for pinned notes, alarms, local search, publishing, QR codes, public page discovery, AI-assisted trip page creation, and lightweight page organization.
Privacy and safety
FYINotes is not intended for passwords, financial records, medical records, or highly sensitive personal information. Local pages stay in your browser unless you choose to sync, share, collaborate, or publish them.
